Now, in response to huge demand, this latest addition to my magical Course in Manifesting series turns to the subject of money.

In Becoming Rich, you'll not only learn the precise details of how you can use magic to transform your entire financial world and start bringing money flowing to you. You'll also have the chance of winning a sizeable donation to your chosen favorite charity.

So, why magic?

Only a few years ago, I lived in a tiny flat, working 12 hours a day in a factory for minimum wage. Today, I live in a beautiful home by the sea, often earning more in one month than I used to in an entire year.

In this book, you will discover the steps that enabled me to turn my financial life around in this amazing, life-changing way.

The change in my financial circumstances was so dramatic, it makes more sense to describe it as involving magic than anything else. And when money starts to come tumbling your way in a manner that goes far beyond mere coincidence and luck, you will no longer doubt that magic exists.

Becoming Rich A Method for Manifesting Exceptional Wealth A Course in Manifesting (Audible Audio Edition) Genevieve Davis Fiona Hardingham Books

I am highly excited about the new book by Genevieve Davis. The book gives something that I could not find in any book on the LoA including my favourite books written by Richard Dotts. The book gives you ability to generate feelings of being wealthy without _any_ visualization.

The plan is simple. Special allocation of income makes you:
1. Feel wealthy because you have considerable amounts of money.
2. Feel wealthy because you have to spend some money to pamper yourself.
3. Feel wealthy because you change "I can't afford it" statement to "I can afford it next month" or so.
4. Feel wealthy because you have money for unexpected bills.
5. Get rid of guilt of being wealthy because this helps others.

I absolutely believe that following this plan will make you feel wealthy without any extra effort. And it is so easy to implement.

I've already set up 5 accounts and ready to fill them with my next income. I'm going to update this review on December 20, 2015 or when I receive extra $15k, whatever happens first.

By the way, I liked pragmatic approach to LoA of the author. She states that LoA will most probably not give you money without any cause, but from some hidden cause, which could become reality and could not, for example extra good paying client. You have to do something to earn money, but without your feelings you would not get that client at all. And I witnessed such working of feelings this way several times.

12/20/2015 update.

Summary. I'm not rich yet, but in much better situation financially than I was half year ago.

Details. I quit my day job 05/31/2015 with intention to be a coach. Not a life coach, but in very specific high tech computer science niche. Two months later reading this book I had one client and much less income than my job provided before I quit. Since that time I acquired about 10 clients (mostly they found me) and I'm quite well financially, my current income is comparable or better than on my ex-job. I have more free time and opportunity to create products such as books and courses, so I continue my way to becoming rich.

Becoming Rich A Method for Manifesting Exceptional Wealth A Course in Manifesting (Audible Audio Edition) Genevieve Davis Fiona Hardingham Books Reviews

The first part of the book was a charming story about the author's journey (and her partner's) from the British lower middle class to the upper middle class which gave me hope that this book would be different from the avalanche of "law of attraction" books but the second part just fizzled into bashing people who buy cheap pants and telling you to stop hoping for miracles and get a job like everyone else.
Two things I did learn from this book that are worth the price 1) manifesting works in three steps imagining, asking, receiving and at some point you have to stop asking/affirming/nagging and go into what the author calls "a place of magical receiving" so that your request can be manifested by the slightly psychotic Universe that punishes people who buy cheap pants.
And 2) A good method for saving money is to make four savings accounts and as soon as your paycheck hits direct deposit 1%, 5% or 10% of your total paycheck into each of the 4 savings accounts. I did this and at first it seems like you are cutting your paycheck in half but if you can make it through the month or week leaving that money in the savings you will have some serious savings over time and if you don't make it you can pull the money out if you need to and try again next paycheck.
I don't know what this has to do with “Becoming Rich,” “Magic,” “Manifesting,” or “The Law of Attraction” but it does seem like a sound strategy for saving money even if it is in very small increments.
There, you can have that for free.
While I love Genevieve Davis' other books, I agree with other reviewers this one is a disappointment. The beginning is excellent her story of where she came from is very inspiring. I could identify with so much of what she said.

When she went into her "method"...that's where she lost me. It's not magic -- it's budgeting. It's dry, restrictive, lack-mindset money management. She tries to say that "magic" is part of it, but I'm having a really hard time seeing it. Allocating a set percentage of your income into four (4) separate accounts -- apart from your main account -- is nothing but a savings plan, and there's absolutely zero "magic" (or Law of Attraction, or whatever you want to call it) about that. At least not for me.

I totally agree with another reviewer that the mere discussion of such an approach made me feel very poor, limited, and certainly not rich. Learning to live on 60% of my current income?? Do you have any idea how long it took me to get to *this* point?? And now you want me to CUT BACK?? That does NOT feel good to me, and in fact it left me in a state of near-panic, feeling as if my income had just been chopped in half -- despite this was the mere *suggestion* of it.

She talks about becoming an "expert at cheap and healthy eating." She mentions walking instead of taking the bus or putting gas in your car. Basically, live like a very poor person. This does not help me have a rich mindset.

I lived on very little money when I was a single mom raising my son with zero child support and no income but my own. I learned to scrimp and save and stretch every penny. I've climbed long and hard to rise from that place, to one where I can actually afford $135 Birkenstock shoes that will last for years, rather than cheaping out at Payless for a $20 vinyl pair that will fall apart in a few months. I don't need a money-management system to "teach" me how to spend money wisely. Maybe others do, and so they might find this of benefit, but for me all this talk of "making cheap meals at home with cheap vegetables, lots of pasta and potatoes" and cutting everything down to the bare minimum is depressing beyond belief.

She says, "Make no mistake. That first month will be hard." Then she goes on to say "...it only takes around 3-4 months to start the Magic working." She also says "Commit to 3-6 months of strict money management, follow the rest of the advice in this book, and I can guarantee you will BEGIN [emphasis mine] to see more money come to you." So we're supposed to live like paupers for half a year?! No thank you!

To me, all this *reinforces* lack mindset in several ways. First, you're taking away (shrinking, in essence) what little abundance you already have, to squirrel it away in multiple accounts you don't touch. Second, putting money aside for big purchases, charity-giving, and an "emergency fund" are all very much lack-mindset instead of trusting the Universe to manifest things when you need them (which is the whole point of learning how to manifest), you're essentially saying, "Universe, I don't trust you to give me these things, so I'll do it myself." Lack of trust = lack mindset. Third, another LOA teacher (I forget who) once said that if you set aside money with the intention that it be used only in emergencies, then it will do as you ask...and the Universe will manifest an emergency so that money can fulfill its purpose.

At any rate, I did not feel good when it got to the whole multiple-accounts thing, not good at all, so I will not be doing it. There are other ways to "become rich" via the inner work necessary to reach such a point. Not every method works for everyone, just like Tylenol may work for most people but for my husband and me, Tylenol is about as effective as eating a Skittle. So give this method a try if it appeals to you; if not, you're not alone in your dislike of it.

Overall, the book is not a total loss -- it's only around Part Three that, for me, it takes a steep nosedive.
